Jim's Mowing franchisee Dushant set a goal of $180,000 in his first year.
He beat it by around $100,000. He also went from 30 regular clients to 104 in 12 months.

This is Dushant's second appearance on the channel. Six months ago he had a record $40,000 month and was close to burning out. Since then he has brought his brother Joe out of shearing and into the business full time, bought a 40 client list from his franchisor, hired a 16 year old who rode his bike over asking for work, and built a team of three.

He explains why his winter got busier instead of quieter, how upselling gutter cleaning, mulching and hedging to existing regulars carried him through a dry April, and how he won a large farm client from a Facebook comment rather than a Jim's lead.

He also covers what he got wrong, including a cleanup job he badly under quoted.

What you will learn:
Why Dushant bought a client list six months into the business instead of waiting
How upselling existing regulars made winter more profitable than summer
The callback habit he uses to win jobs before he gives a price
Why he changes the service instead of discounting when a client pushes back on price
How bringing his weekly run forward keeps a day free for one-off work
